The Dropshipping Forum has Now Closed.

Thank you for all the help, and support over the years, but now the dropshipping market is pretty much non-existent in the UK. 10 years ago, at the time of writing (2016), dropshipping was one of the main business opportunities on the internet, but times have changed, and many of the main dropshipping companies have also closed; and migrated to other avenues of business.

A special thanks to the moderators, and Setter for making the forum what it was.

We had a lot of fun, but as the internet has grown, dropshipping as an industry has not kept pace, which although is a shame, is probably part of the natural growth cycle of the internet. Also, with the increase in popularity of global websites like Amazon, and large companies now promoting on eBay squeezing out the smaller sellers, that unless unique products are sourced, it is very difficult to compete on a dropshipping basis.

This, together with the fact that Google, and other search engines now give preference to Blue Chip websites, means that smaller websites struggle to gain the same exposure, and thus all this combined, has lead to the end of dropshipping as we once knew it. The playing field has shifted, unfortunately. Although it was great, profitable, and very enjoyable while it lasted  :-)

We wish you genuine good luck, thanks again, and take care.
