I just red through what you discussed above, it's so good to see, that there are more people like me, starting this whole new thing and have very basic questions, !!! And the best thing in this forum that no rude answers, but supporting and helping with everything! That's very good!

Do you think that football stuff sells well all the time, not only when World Cup is on?

Londonstar, football products are one of those ranges that sells all year round, even when the season has ended, because supporters get ready for the new season. Also, at least every 2 years there is a major tournament - European championships, or the World Cup.

Then you have birthdays, Father's day, Christmas, and then you X that by the amount of support all these teams generate and you quickly realise and appreciate that the potential is massive!

hi all

i am thinking to get my own website but had a few questions to people who are already using them
what happens if a customer wants to return goods? its just that in lingerie there maybe size issues etc
so do my customers send them back to me and then i have to send them back to the supplier??

A bit puzzled by this because its not stated on the website either

please help as this is the only question really stopping me signing up

If a customer returns an item they return it to you, your supplier does not have to accept returns as they are BtoB so don't have to conform to DSR rules, you just have to sell again as new or sell on the likes of ebay as a return and hope to get your money back.

The only returns your supplier will accept are faulty goods so you have to make sure your descriptions are as clear as possible but you will get customers send things back as they have changed their mind or don't like what they get,

Thats why yout profit should be enough to cover the odd return.

hello all, i am considering signing up with them, but i have some questions! i hope you can help me with, i will be asking them of course, but i feel better if i have some independent answers too.

firstly, do they offer international shipping?

second, can i have more than on product range on a website, and if so how much extra does that cost,

and lastly, what is the total upfront cost, from what i can see it is £14.99 +£49.99 if i take it for a year. is that correct or am i missing something,

thanks, i have already contacted you direct, and i was very happy with the response. one thing i forgot to ask though.

Is VAT included in the price I pay for the goods or will i have to add that on extra?

Hi UKDG

It was www.ukdropshipgroup.com, and none of the links on the forum would give me anything except an error 406. This was since yesterday.

The good news is I can get in now! I guess the gremlins have gone so I can get going and sign up. Wish me luck!!!!!
