So UK Dropship v DPB UK what is the difference, apart from the £5 it costs to join? Neither site really gives too much detail about what you get, yes a website and some suppliers but there is no way to compare the two companies - I'm very much a techy geek I'm assuming that they're the same people as they have the same video on their portals. It would be nice to see a summary of which payment mechanisms are included, what security is included on the websites, how many suppliers are provided. Both websites employ the process of paying up before you know exactly what you get. Too much "pitch" not enough "content".

Puppington,
Instead of spouting rubbish on a forum, why don't you either:
1. Ask the website concerned, your questions, to alleviate your 'techy' tendencies you have.
2. Choose a website elsewhere that does offer you what you need, if not satisfied with what is offered.
The fact of the matter is, BOTH websites offer solutions, that only a few years ago would have cost you hundreds of pounds to get, and both companies offer you complete dropshipping solutions for absolute peanuts, that are not available anywhere else on the planet.
Any trader worth their salt, and who is serious would ASK the websites concerned, even though they both offer ridiculously low-priced solutions, of £14.97 & £19.95 solutions, with hosting as low as 13 pence per day, including free dropship accounts, automatically populated websites, business packages, and much more. Find me an online solution that can compete with that, and I will send you and your family on an all expenses paid trip to New York for Christmas - Genuinely.
They are not the same people, different companies, different entities, and the videos are different. You may notice the giveaway telltale signs of one saying 'dpbuk', and one saying 'ukd'.
So, if you are not satisfied with being handed everything on a plate, and you have no interested in asking the companies concerned the questions you may have, which any professional would do, then you always have the X button on the top of your browser. Problem solved.
Thank you.

If you are in fact representing UKDropship Group then you have certainly a charasmatic approach to customer service. The idea of a forum is supposed to be to get non-biased opinions from users of a services, not a regurgitated price driven rant from the organisation in question. The prices are on their websites, yup got that already. I simply asked what the difference is between these two companies services - if they are indeed different people they are not exactly going to say the other is better if I emailed them. Maybe there is a user who signed up to both and has a preference... Anyone else like to respond with slightly more constructive feedback than telling me it's cheaper than it used to be or close my browser? I'm interested in a comparison between the service on offer between these two companies? As for the video.... Lets play spot the difference:- http://www.ukdropshipgroup.com/CompanyVideo.htmlhttp://www.dpbuk.co.uk/dpbukvideo.php

Unless you can find one person with a website from both, then I don't think you will find what you are looking for. I myself have a ukdropshipgroup website and I have always found their service very good. Over and above the call of duty sometimes. I have been with them for quite sometime and have contacted them on many occasions for help and support, my emails are always answered, the help is always given, my suppliers are fantastic - they really do go the extra mile - I would recommend them to anyone.
However, I know someone with a Dpbuk site - they sing their praises.

In a review of any business you will find both positive and negative information. Any business venture with any web host, web provider, web designer or basic shopping cart hosted there will be good and bad reviews. Listening to reviews is one way, but you will never get the full feel for the business. Looking into the size of the business and sucess of the business are more precise factors as we as a human race are quick to complain but slow to give praise. Looking at the size of the business ad the success rate will always be a better deciding factor than relying on those you wish to seek the complaints of. I am with orange as a internet providor - I have been with them for 6 years - ask me my experience of them and I will tell you I have high speed broadband for £9.99 per month for life - you will say that that is good, and I will reply that that is because I was left without broadband for 2 weeks in 2007. Terrible!! I deserve the £9.99 per month for high speed broadband I hear you say. I havent had a problem since and never had a problem before that, all my calls to them for support have always been treated with the utmost importace, I have always been given total respect from them, nothing less - ever, but, due to a fault they were working to find, and fix - in that time amd my constant moaning because I own an oline business - that is all I care to remember if you ask me, and if you asked me for a recommedation of a broadband provider, I wouldn't recoomend them - all because of a blip one time i all those years which they have very much made up for in terms of courtesy and generosity - but, as human beings - we only remember the bad times. So - do be aware. We are human and like to air in public our discomforts but are slow to give praise where its due.

Puppington wrote: Okay, thanks Bodyrocks. Will keep my fingers crossed to see if anyone put their eggs in different baskets. No need, because you will not be joining either. Ok, let's dissect your posting, from a supposedly, prospective professional trader, who is looking to make a business decision based on hearsay: regurgitated price driven rantI think you will find is a factual response to what was an accusation to an organisation you were looking to join; and an accusation littered with unnecessary innuendos. I simply asked what the difference is between these two companies servicesSee above. You did not simply ask anything, there were unnecessary innuendos which we responded to. Just like if somebody knocked on your front door making similar. Maybe there is a user who signed up to both and has a preference...And you would base a major business decision based on that? And what if such information is totally incorrect, which then leads to you joining an organisation based on wrong information? Surely the best information of what is contained in different versions of software can be best answered by the company concerned? We run companies that have generated tens of thousands of dropship customers, and we know the damage that can be done from prospective traders using forums to generate ill-informed information. We know this because of some of the questions the teams get asked after the event. There was actually no malice intended in the post, but more of a nudge (albeit a direct nudge) in the direction of thought, that in this business, and in your business as a previous prospective customer, it is always better to receive such information from the companies concerned. If you were fearful that a company would not tell you the truth, then hey, is that really the basis of a trade partnership with the said company?. I think we would both agree that it is not. If there are doubts based on what is presented, and a trader is not willing to ask us directly, on the basis of potential lack of trust, then my answer would be to wish them luck (which is what we wish you) in seeking their desired solution - elsewhere, and with good intent, because such research could potentially, and inevitably leads to problems for both parties further down the road - which is counter-productive for both sides. Best of luck to you in your search.
