petsupplyuk.com Threatens Online Blackmail / Libel Against Our Forum, in a direct, illegal attempt to remove their customer complaints

As many of our thousands of forum members will know, the company petsupplyuk.com had many discussions with their customers on this forum, resulting in an unsatisfactory experience for the customers concerned; even though the opportunity was given to petsupplyuk to amend the issues live on the forum, and turn the situation around, and show that they have a good offering.

Petsupplyuk refused to accept this offer to please their customers, and instead, on 3oth December 2011, have decided to send a threat to our fine dropshipping forum, that unless we remove the postings about their customer dissatisfaction, that they will retaliate and spread lies about the forum.

We do not, and will not accept blackmail from anybody, especially when the company concerned were given ideal and perfectly reasonable opportunity to please their customers in the right, correct and professionally accepted fashion, and therefore place their threat live on the forum as a definite indicator on how they will deal with such customer complaints.

We then leave it up to potential customers to decide if they would like to do business with a company who threatens to spread false libel comments in a direct result of their customers not being satisfied with their services.

game.co.uk Review – Total poor and suspect service

Anybody who has children will know that getting the latest games is a must-have.

So, for Birthday’s, etc. You want to guarantee that you pre-order the game before it becomes available, and that you definitely get it on the day it is released (the reason for pre-order). Now, TWICE, the last two games we have pre-ordered through game.co.uk have NOT arrived on the day of release, as promised.

This is also no coincidence, because if any of your sons have XBox’s, you will know that they spend their lives chatting via their headphones to their friends, so we know it is not just us who never receive the pre-ordered games on the day of release. Their friends too, never received on the day of the release, and this happens time, and time again. Not just a one off.

Game.co.uk Reviews – Poor service!

They ‘get lost’ in the post. Hmm. How many companies would send out a £50 game without using tracking? They cannot, and never prove it was sent, but still expect you to wait 15 working days (3 weeks) before putting a claim in for lost product, and getting refunded.

In the meantime, your son is having to wait 15 days to get the money back, in order to play a game, that was released 15 days earlier. Absolute madness.

Things get lost, yes, but when multiple people at the same time, do not receive what they purchased, and have to wait 15 days, and none of it is even tracked, something is definitely not right.

Personally, I, and my family will never in my lifetime use game.co.uk again, as their customer service is very suspect, and their service disgusting.

On the other hand, Amazon.co.uk very rarely let you down, and are usually cheaper too.
